Remote Service Support
Unlike many other computer repair centers, Right-Click's Remote Support is not bound by the constraints of physical distance; we can diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair most problems remotely via the internet without the need to visit your location or have you unhook your computer and bring it in! All that is required is an internet connection to your computer.

- Scan and remove viruses, malware, and other security threats
- Recover deleted files, documents, and pictures

How it works:

Call our toll-free phone number or use the form below. We will ask you some basic (that means "plain english") questions to determine what is going on and how we'll go about correcting your issue. We will also provide you a quote on how much the repair session will cost. You then have the choice whether or not you wish to proceed.

Once we have the remote session set up on our end, we'll give you a code to access our support software.

Using your browser (the application with which you are viewing this website), we will direct you to the support page where you will enter the service code and download the remote support software.

That's it! Once the support software is running on your computer, we can see your screen and control your computer as though we were actually there in the room sitting in front of it.
Is this safe?
This is the question everyone asks. If we can get into your computer via the internet, can't someone else?
The simple answer: this procedure is PERFECTLY SAFE. When you download the support software, you will have to grant your computer permission to allow Right-Click to remotely enter. It is similar to a visitor knocking at your house door; you have the option to open the door and invite the guest in, or simply deny them access. Basically, you are in control of who comes in. When we are done with the remote service session, the software will automatically remove itself from your computer. At that point, we can never enter your computer again unless you start over with Step 1 and initiate a new session. Bottom line: there is absolutely no risk to your computer or personal files and information.
